OUR EQUIPMENT
We have 3 CNC Laser machining centers:
Our First Machine,
Bristow Laser Contour Style with a 2KW Rofin Sinar Laser with a cutting aea of 3.7mt X 2.0mt this Machine is able to handle those oversize sheets and rollstock easily.
Our second Machine,
Bristow Laser Systems Profile Design with a 2.2kw PRC Laser with a cutting area of 3.050 mt X 1.530 mt this is setup specifically for light to heavy s/s and alloys with a grid style bed setup at 45 degrees to minimise mark off on special materials such as No 8 finish Stainless Steels
Our third Machine,
Bristow Laser Systems Digital Linear Profile Design with a 3.5kw PRC Laser with a cutting area of 3.050 mt X 1.530 mt this is setup specifically for acrylics and high speed mass production work it will also cut light to heavy Stainless and alloys wit a pin style bed setup.
We can also process your moulded or spun parts utilising the 3 axis capability on all of our Laser Machines we have regular maintenence shedules in place and we have just commisioned new software updates for all machines to keep up with todays trends in design and manufacturing
In addition to this we are able to handle large aand heavy loads utilising our 3500kg fork lift our 600kg vacuum lifter and our 1000kg magnet lifting equipmet.
It all adds up to a safe and damage free enviroment for our staff and a better overall Product for our customers
